Do you have a tendency to have constipation or diarrhea or both? Or maybe your cholesterol is off or you want to lose weight and improve your energy levels? Well, this is the challenge for you. The idea and name are courtesy of my friend Suzie.

Chia seeds are indeed the same onese used to make "Chia Pets"! So what else are they known about? Well, chia seeds have omega 3s which help increase our good cholesterol. Chia seeds also have a lot of fiber, calcium, magnesium, protein and antioxidants.

Chia seeds are considered a prebiotic. This means that your beneficial gut bacteria feed on prebiotics and are able to flourish.

Chia seeds will soak up fluid and become slimy like tiny tapioca balls.

Here's the way to prepare chia seed pudding and enjoy it every morning!

1. Add 1 cup of a nut milk of your choice (almond, cashew, coconut etc) to 4 tbsp of chia seeds.

2. Let it soak over night. Stir once before you go to bed to prevent any clumping.

3. Enjoy in the morning. You can add a splash of maple syrup, nuts, fruit to jazz it up.

4. Consume daily for breakfast for min 10 days.
